Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:

Orders placed on weekdays will typically be sent out the next day. Some orders will take an additional day if I am out of town or out of the office, so 1-2 business days. Pre-Order or custom items will take 7 - 10 business days to complete and ship out. Please reach out with any questions about your order timeline. All orders are sent USPS Ground Advantage and typically take 3-5 days to arrive.

Refund Policy:

Due to hygienic reasons with jewelry, I don't accept returns or issue refunds. If your item is damaged during the shipping process and unwearable I will be willing to send you a replacement with proof of damage as soon as you receive the package.

If they are damaged because of carelessness or damage you caused, then I can't issue a replacement. Please do not bend or twist them. Don't toss them in your purse or bag without being in a jewelry case. They are durable, but not indestructible.

If it is something that is my fault or a faulty clasp, post, charm, etc. please let me know. I want to make every situation I can right, but I am a small business and can't replace everything if it wasn't my fault. If you want to pay to ship something back and pay for a replacement part, single earring, or repair something please contact me first. I will work with you to make any situation right that I can.
